- able to work independently and in a team
- reliable employment history
- available for required schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year of customer contact experience preferred
- previous money handling experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assist guests with cashier and floor purchases
- validate bingos
- facilitate games
- verify and complete payouts
- answer guest questions
- maintain paperwork
- handle high-volume guest interactions professionally
- build guest relations by engaging and welcoming guests
- observe all activity within assigned area while completing work assignments
- be knowledgeable of various bingo game types to answer questions
- handle routine guest disputes with discretion
- use open body language to communicate willingness to assist
- maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy
- assist in maintaining a clean bingo hall
- adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies
- apply Title 31 guidelines and suspicious activity reporting
- perform other duties as assigned
