- Available to work required schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of direct customer contact experience preferred
- Previous money handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assist guests with cashier and floor purchases, validate bingos, facilitate games, verify and complete payouts, answer guest questions, and maintain paperwork
- Must be able to handle high-volume guest interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful
- Build guest relations throughout every session by talking with guests and making them feel welcome, comfortable, and inviting them back
- Observe all activity within assigned area while actively completing work assignments
- Knowledgeable of the various bingo game types available in order to answer questions
- Handling routine guest disputes and exhibits the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel
- Utilize open body language to communicate a willingness to assist
- Maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency within department and property standards
- Assist in maintaining a spotless hall by cleaning and resetting the area as well as disposing of any trash
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourage others to do the same
- Familiar with Title 31 guidelines and understands and utilizes suspicious activity reporting (SAR) when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
