Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior billing or accounting experience preferred
  • strong numerical and organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work onsite in anchorage, alaska
  • proficiency in computer applications relevant to billing and reporting

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in billing or accounting preferred
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • proficiency with standard office software and billing systems
  • experience in airline catering or hospitality industry is an asset

Job Duties

  • process charter billing - obtain documentation from other departments and generate invoices
  • reconcile charter billing to calculate charter accruals at the end of the month
  • perform audits between billing paperwork and boarded catered items, e.g. flight checks
  • keep all files up-to-date, stored and labeled for easy and immediate reference
  • compile all feedback data from airline customers
  • create reports daily, weekly, monthly, verifying vendor invoices
  • troubleshoot and provide general support to the accounts supervisor/manager/users as needed
