Job Requirements
- Spanish and English fluency written and spoken
- background in entrepreneurship or teaching/mentorship experience
- advanced computer skills with programs such as Dropbox, MS Office, Zoom, Google Docs, and Canva
- detail oriented and organized
- problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- reliable with verifiable transportation
- ServSafe Manager’s Level certification preferred or willing to obtain
- commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- eagerness to learn and collaborate
- positive community-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English both written and spoken
- background in entrepreneurship especially in the food industry or teaching/mentorship experience

Job Duties
- Coach and advise about 15 entrepreneurs in the Alchemist Kitchen Incubator Program including Spanish speakers
- review benchmarks with AKIP participants and connect them to resources
- research and seek out solutions to entrepreneurs’ business challenges
- translate program materials into Spanish
- monitor participants for consistent business progress toward graduation
- work with Alchemist Kitchen team to adjust and improve the program
- support promotion through developing and scheduling social media posts and outreach materials
- develop bilingual program resources and curriculum
- attend seminars and community events to promote the program and foster ongoing education
- assist in facilitating the Alchemist Microenterprise Academy classes
- review applications and evaluate participant work
- monitor class attendance and facilitate discussions
- review and evaluate business plans and graduation requirements
