Job Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Greet customers and serve as their main point of contact throughout the service process
- Clearly communicate vehicle issues, recommended services, and repair timelines in both English and Spanish
- Prepare repair orders, document concerns, and relay accurate information to the service technicians
- Provide service estimates, obtain approvals, and update customers on repair status
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining transparency, professionalism, and timely communication
- Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Promote recommended maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-up needs with care and efficiency
