Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and serve as their main point of contact throughout the service process
  • Clearly communicate vehicle issues, recommended services, and repair timelines in both English and Spanish
  • Prepare repair orders, document concerns, and relay accurate information to the service technicians
  • Provide service estimates, obtain approvals, and update customers on repair status
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining transparency, professionalism, and timely communication
  • Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Promote recommended maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-up needs with care and efficiency
