Job Requirements
- Local to NE Austin, TX
- Minimum 10 years of managerial safety experience in construction, industrial, or related environments
- Spanish/English bilingual
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, construction safety regulations, and safe work practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and educate diverse field teams
- Ability to recognize hazards, assess risk, and develop effective corrective actions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with safety management systems (e.g., Procore Safety, SiteDocs, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed

Job Duties
- Lead the implementation of the companys safety management system across all active construction sites
- Develop, monitor, and continuously improve jobsite-specific safety plans and risk assessments
- Provide guidance and training to site supervisors and workers on safety procedures, policies, and hazard recognition
- Foster a culture of accountability and commitment to health and safety across all levels of the organization
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA, Ministry of Labour, WSIB, WorkSafeBC)
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments
- Document findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner
