Job Requirements
- OSHA 30 certification
- OSHA 510 certification
- OSHA 500 certification
- 4-5 years of experience in construction safety leadership
- fluent in Mandarin and English
- strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- experience in construction or semiconductor environments
- able to work independently
- excellent interpersonal skills
- excellent reporting and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Identify and mitigate job site hazards through inspections, job hazard analysis, and safety controls
- Enforce OSHA, internal safety standards, and TSMC Safety & Health Management Blue Book policies
- Conduct and lead all mandatory safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding sessions
- Monitor permit-to-work systems (Hot Work, Confined Space, Work at Height, etc.)
- Drive 6S inspections, corrective actions, and audit preparedness on-site
- Serve as the communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking field workers and English-speaking management
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventative action planning
- Prepare accurate safety reports, maintain OSHA logs, and manage safety documentation
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with PPE, badge use, behavior expectations, and security procedures
- Act as the point of contact for safety-related communications, emergency drills, and access control compliance
