Job Requirements

- 3-4 years of previous restaurant manager experience
- 2-4 years of high volume bar or restaurant experience
- Liquor license certification

Job Duties
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food beverage supply utility and labor
- Ensure all financial and administrative duties such as invoices reporting payroll are completed accurately and on time
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling cleanliness and comply with federal state and local laws
- Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation
- Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness uniforms and appearance standards
- Implement proper security procedures to protect employees guests and company
- Manage shifts including daily decision making scheduling planning and upholding standards
- Ensure positive guest service respond to complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return customers
- Investigate and resolve complaints about food quality
