Job Requirements
- Liquor license certification is mandatory
- Food manager certificate required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish
- Availability to work during holidays nights and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- 3 to 4 years of restaurant management experience
- 2 to 4 years of high volume bar or restaurant experience

- 3-4 years of previous restaurant manager experience
- 2-4 years high volume bar or restaurant experience
- Liquor license certification
- Food manager certificate
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food beverage supply utility and labor
- Ensure all financial and administrative duties including invoices reporting personnel and payroll are completed accurately and on time
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling general cleanliness and compliance with federal state and local laws
- Maintain consistent high quality of food preparation
- Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness proper uniforms and appearance standards
- Ensure proper security procedures to protect employees guests and company
- Manage shifts involving daily decision making scheduling planning and upholding standards and product quality
- Ensure positive guest service respond to complaints and take appropriate actions to retain customers
- Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality
