Job Requirements

  • Liquor license certification is mandatory
  • Food manager certificate required
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish
  • Availability to work during holidays nights and weekends with increased hours during peak times
  • 3 to 4 years of restaurant management experience
  • 2 to 4 years of high volume bar or restaurant experience

  • 3-4 years of previous restaurant manager experience
  • 2-4 years high volume bar or restaurant experience
  • Liquor license certification
  • Food manager certificate
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish

Job Duties

  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food beverage supply utility and labor
  • Ensure all financial and administrative duties including invoices reporting personnel and payroll are completed accurately and on time
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling general cleanliness and compliance with federal state and local laws
  • Maintain consistent high quality of food preparation
  • Maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness proper uniforms and appearance standards
  • Ensure proper security procedures to protect employees guests and company
  • Manage shifts involving daily decision making scheduling planning and upholding standards and product quality
  • Ensure positive guest service respond to complaints and take appropriate actions to retain customers
  • Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality
