Job Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in office administration, reception, or customer service
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and take initiative in a team-oriented setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors in person and by phone in both English and Spanish
  • Manage front desk operations including scheduling, phone coverage, and routing inquiries
  • Process and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, including logging and reporting checks
  • Coordinate office supply ordering and oversee general office upkeep
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and team members
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling client communication
  • Assist with client intake, entering lead information and supporting follow-up
