Job Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in office administration, reception, or customer service
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and take initiative in a team-oriented setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors in person and by phone in both English and Spanish
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, phone coverage, and routing inquiries
- Process and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, including logging and reporting checks
- Coordinate office supply ordering and oversee general office upkeep
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and team members
- Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling client communication
- Assist with client intake, entering lead information and supporting follow-up
