Job Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening

  • Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license

Job Duties

  • Perform administrative and office support activities
  • Field telephone calls from clients and potential customers
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Word process and create spreadsheets and presentations
  • File paperwork systematically
  • Schedule appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Mail billings and disperse brochures
  • Update policyholder's contact information including phone numbers and emails
  • Print, fax, and send proof of insurance to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service
