Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in receptionist, clerical, or administrative support roles
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar

- Very tech savvy

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide bilingual front desk support (Spanish required
- Punjabi a plus)
- Answer, screen, and route calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and lobby area
- Perform administrative support tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and email management
- Assist with timesheets, daily logs, and employee or visitor check-ins
- Assemble onboarding packets, including I-9s, W-4s, policies, and related forms
- Support HR or payroll teams by collecting and verifying documentation
- Accurately enter and update data in internal systems and CRM platforms
