Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years administrative or related experience
- bilingual in Spanish with ability to read, write and communicate fluently
- must pass agency provided verbal and written Spanish proficiency test with a score of 9 or higher
- valid Oregon driver's license with vehicle and current insurance
- ability to work effectively in a collaborative team
- maintain confidentiality
- ability to work in stressful, unstructured environments with a positive attitude
- ability to type 60 words per minute with accuracy
- ability to complete agency taught CPR/First Aid course
- commitment to organization mission and values
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- proficient in data entry and word processing
- fluent in Spanish reading, writing, and communication
- ability to pass an agency provided Spanish proficiency test with a score of 9 or higher
- valid Oregon driver's license

Job Duties
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- greet clients and accept payments for services
- perform data entry/typing and filing
- assist staff in clerical functions as requested
- open or close office as needed at main and satellite locations
- receive and/or return telephone calls to Spanish speaking clients
- review Spanish documents for accuracy
- place appointment reminder calls in Spanish to Spanish speaking clients and families
- participate in monthly Spanish supervision group and regular individual and group supervision in English
- perform other duties as assigned
