Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • professional and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
