Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Bilingual proficiency
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Duties
- Greet all customers and direct them to their correct destination
- Answer a multi-line switchboard, screen, and direct calls
- Take and relay messages to the appropriate personnel
- Refill coffee areas with supplies
- Maintain whiteboard with customer names
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out organization
- Prepare daily correspondence, stamp, and make sure mail gets sent out
- Receive mail and deliveries
- Monitor and maintain office equipment in the mail room
- Control inventory relevant to the reception area
- Prepare all overnights
- Process all body, accessory, and transport invoices to be approved
- Assist the inventory manager and fleet administrator with any additional items as needed
- Label all wheel locks with the correct VIN numbers
- Create a folder for new vehicles including key tags, lemon law, board tab, and work order
- Log in all plates and give them to sales associates
- Log each sale call and walk in on the spreadsheet
- Assist the Accounting Department as necessary
- Work Monday-Friday 9:00 to 6:00
