Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones
  • strong phone skills
  • punctual with a strong attendance history
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • greet clients as they arrive at the office
  • maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
  • restock refreshments in the entrance area and common areas
  • receive deliveries and sort and distribute incoming mail
  • label and mail outgoing mail and packages
  • assist with insurance management
  • take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • perform admin duties such as filing, scanning, and copying
  • communicate effectively and proactively with coworkers, sales team, and vendors
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
