- previous receptionist or admin experience preferred

Job Duties
- Answer multiple phone lines
- handle calls
- transfer to appropriate departments
- take accurate messages
- ensure timely delivery
- check emails
- manage reception email inbox
- respond promptly or redirect inquiries
- make bank deposits
- collect and prepare daily bank deposits
- maintain accurate records for reporting
- sort incoming mail
- check students uniforms
- prepare conference room for meetings and events
- support other staff with administrative duties such as photocopying and filing
- maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
