Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a receptionist or related position handling a high volume of calls
- Experience performing clerical or administrative duties
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work overtime
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a receptionist or similar clerical role
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls effectively

- Proficiency with standard office equipment and software
Job Duties
- Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and assist employees and visitors while maintaining access control to the office
- Ensure courteous, accurate, and timely communication at all times
- Monitor and manage office entry in accordance with company security procedures
- Perform routine clerical and front desk duties following established procedures
- Maintain a professional and organized front office environment
- Follow general work instructions and adhere to company policies and protocols
