Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate implementation of staffing and onboarding plans
  • Recruit, interview, hire, orientate, train, and retain talent
  • Build strong relationships with staff and management to assure efficient execution of people strategies
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors supporting company vision, mission, and values
  • Ensure restaurant hires qualified crew and provides proper training and scheduling
  • Motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
  • Manage team performance to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
