- 6+ months of healthcare or dental front office experience preferred
- bilingual in Spanish required

Job Duties
- Collect and process payments
- import and call parents when authorizations are received back in the mail
- schedule treatment appointments and recall appointments
- confirm treatment appointments
- answer calls throughout the day
- process no show reports
- schedule patients from ASAP list
- check patients in and out
- verify information on file
- verify eligibility with insurance
- call patients when past 10 minutes
- confirm observation appointments
- schedule observation appointments
- work on daily sign in sheet
- scan in NPP and enter it in the system
- maintain regular and predictable attendance
- work effectively with others
