Job Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Meet minimum language requirements for bilingual position
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Proficient communication skills in English and designated second language
  • Ability to work cooperatively with peers and other departments
  • Ability to handle office work requiring lifting up to 20 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Proficiency in bilingual communication as required
  • Knowledge of mortgage loan servicing principles
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes effectively
  • Professional telephone etiquette and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Handle 80 to 100 inbound calls per day with effective bilingual communication
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries related to mortgage loan servicing including payment applications, escrow analysis, and payoff statements
  • Maintain professional telephone etiquette and multi-task during calls
  • Develop solutions for customer requests by collaborating with team members and management
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with peers and other departments
  • Work efficiently under stressful or difficult circumstances while maintaining control and professionalism
  • Utilize provided tools and resources to support customers and resolve inquiries
