Job Requirements
- Fluent Spanish
- Medical office background
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a medical clinic setting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Minimum 1 year medical front office experience preferred
- Familiarity with HMO, PPO, and Medi-Cal plans preferred
- Experience using electronic medical record systems
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Suite and AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude
Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect co-pays and balances
- Manage patient intake forms and documentation
- Process referrals and authorizations
- Maintain accurate records within electronic medical systems
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
- Follow established office policies and procedures
