Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- basic computer skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods, stoop, bend and lift
- manual dexterity
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of commercial laundry products and payment systems is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- strong customer relationship building skills
- basic computer skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Assists customers with the use of payment systems, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash/dry/fold orders
- handles customer questions/concerns and informs Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager as needed
- maintains a safe environment inside and outside of the store by following proper security procedures
- ensures high level of cleanliness inside and outside the store
- documents equipment and building maintenance issues and escalates unsafe situations
- maintains visual presentation of retail products, educates customers and processes sales accurately
- provides quality wash/dry/fold service and completes logs accurately
- follows all company policies and procedures
- performs all other duties as assigned
