Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
- 8+ years of experience in international freight forwarding
- Knowledge of U.S. Customs and international trade regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)
- Knowledgeable in U.S. Customs and international trade with understanding of customs valuation, classification, compliance/audit, and trade programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- 8+ years of experience in international freight forwarding
- Good working knowledge of domestic and international geography
Job Duties
- Lead, direct, and manage the export and import areas at a given site
- Ensure operational and financial performance, align budget to market, review financial results with teams, and implement adjustments
- Manage the quote process to ensure timely processing, accuracy, performance, escalation, and approval
- Negotiate with customers or providers to secure the best cost or price
- Ensure consistent quality service, customer satisfaction, profitability, cost-efficient operations, and compliance with U.S. and international requirements, laws, ISO standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Secure the clearance of air and/or ocean imported shipments through U.S. Customs in compliance with Customs and Border Protection regulations
- Build and maintain a strong team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
