- Proven timeshare sales experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Duties
- Close sales and oversee documentation
- Optimize performance to meet or exceed operating budget targets
- Lead team development by recruiting, hiring, and mentoring sales representatives
- Conduct sales presentations as needed
- Hold weekly training sessions to enhance team skills
- Monitor metrics such as VPG, sampler sales, referrals, and Medallia scores
- Maintain accountability by addressing performance issues and disciplinary actions
