Job Requirements

  • Valid Arizona real estate license
  • Proven leadership experience in vacation ownership/timeshare sales
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement
  • Passion for creating memorable vacation experiences
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit train and mentor a team of talented sales professionals to exceed goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage the sales floor to achieve or surpass operating budget targets and maintain Hilton Grand Vacations’ performance standards
  • Assist with presentations and finalize sales ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
  • Conduct weekly training sessions and refresher courses to keep your team sharp and motivated
  • Track VPG referrals Medallia scores and other KPIs to ensure top-tier performance
  • Provide constructive feedback and hold team members to the highest standards of professionalism and success
