Job Duties

  • Close sales and oversee documentation
  • optimize performance by managing the sales line to meet or exceed budget targets
  • lead team development through recruiting, hiring, and mentoring sales representatives
  • conduct sales presentations as needed to maintain prospect flow
  • hold weekly training sessions to enhance team skills using approved curriculum
  • monitor team performance metrics including VPG, sampler sales, referrals, and Medallia scores
  • maintain accountability by addressing performance issues and issuing disciplinary actions when required
