Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Proven excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Experience in handling phone systems and scheduling appointments

Job Duties

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests of the firm
  • Determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
  • Answer, screen, and direct a heavy volume of phone calls to staff
  • Take messages and schedule appointments
  • Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and deliver or distribute items
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
  • Perform basic filing and recordkeeping
