Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of CRM platforms
- Experience handling HR and payroll documents

- Minimum 2 years of receptionist, clerical, or administrative experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English or Punjabi language skills
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
- Experience scanning and filing
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy, high-traffic office
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with basic office software and internal databases
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Knowledge of visitor management or call-routing systems
- Experience with HR, payroll, or onboarding paperwork
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner
- Provide bilingual front desk support (Spanish required
- Punjabi a plus)
- Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and lobby area
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and email management
- Support timesheets, daily logs, and employee or visitor check-ins
- Assemble onboarding packets (I-9, W-4, policies, and other forms)
- Assist HR or payroll teams by collecting and verifying documentation
- Enter and update data accurately in internal systems or CRM platforms
