Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • certification in medical office administration is a plus
  • prior experience scheduling customer and patient appointments and handling customer and patient phone calls required
  • prior experience within a healthcare environment is required
  • bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • excellent communication verbal and written and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
