Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- certification in medical office administration is a plus
- prior experience scheduling customer and patient appointments and handling customer and patient phone calls required
- prior experience within a healthcare environment is required
- bilingual in English and Spanish required
- strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
- excellent communication verbal and written and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner

- manage office supplies and equipment to ensure operational compliance
