Job Requirements
- fluent in both Spanish and English
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass a language proficiency test in Spanish
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to complete 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis
- no prior flight attendant experience required
- meet FAA medical and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- fluent in both Spanish and English
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass FAA safety and emergency training
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety at all times
- provide bilingual support by making announcements and assisting Spanish-speaking guests
- assist passengers with customs forms and international travel requirements
- collaborate closely with pilots and ground staff for smooth flight operations
- maintain a high level of customer service with compassion and professionalism
- respond flexibly to changing schedules including day, night, weekend, and reserve shifts
- complete all required training and certification, including safety and emergency procedures
