Job Requirements

  • fluent in both Spanish and English
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass a language proficiency test in Spanish
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to complete 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • meet FAA medical and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • fluent in both Spanish and English
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass FAA safety and emergency training
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety at all times
  • provide bilingual support by making announcements and assisting Spanish-speaking guests
  • assist passengers with customs forms and international travel requirements
  • collaborate closely with pilots and ground staff for smooth flight operations
  • maintain a high level of customer service with compassion and professionalism
  • respond flexibly to changing schedules including day, night, weekend, and reserve shifts
  • complete all required training and certification, including safety and emergency procedures
