Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight experience required
  • must be able to pass a background check and FAA medical exam
  • availability to work flexible shifts including day, night, weekend, and on-call reserve
  • fluency in both Spanish and English
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lift and carry luggage
  • willingness to undergo 4 weeks of paid training
  • pass language proficiency test in Spanish

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety throughout the flight
  • provide bilingual support by making announcements in Spanish and English
  • assist Spanish-speaking passengers with customs forms and travel needs
  • demonstrate compassion and care while delivering passenger assistance
  • collaborate effectively with pilots and ground staff on international flights
  • maintain flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and on-call reserve shifts
  • participate in training and adhere to FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
