Job Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to complete a 4-week paid training program
- Must pass a Spanish language proficiency test
- Able to meet FAA physical requirements and safety standards
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a Spanish language proficiency test
- Willingness to undergo FAA safety and emergency training
Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety by enforcing FAA regulations and emergency procedures
- Provide bilingual support by communicating announcements and assisting Spanish-speaking passengers
- Assist passengers with customs forms and other international travel requirements
- Collaborate with pilots and ground crew to ensure smooth flight operations
- Deliver compassionate and attentive customer service to enhance passenger experience
- Participate in regular training and safety drills
- Remain flexible and available for various shifts including day, night, weekends, and reserve duty
