Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • fluent in Spanish and English
  • flexible availability for various shift patterns
  • ability to work under pressure
  • clear background check
  • pass FAA mandated medical examination
  • pass Spanish language proficiency test
  • willingness to relocate to Minneapolis-Saint Paul area if not local

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety onboard the aircraft
  • make bilingual announcements in Spanish and English
  • assist Spanish-speaking guests with customs forms and travel needs
  • provide compassionate and attentive passenger support
  • collaborate closely with pilots and ground staff especially on international flights
  • respond promptly to emergencies and adhere to FAA safety protocols
  • participate in training sessions and stay updated on airline procedures
