Job Requirements

- fluent in Spanish and English
- flexible availability for various shift patterns
- ability to work under pressure
- clear background check
- pass FAA mandated medical examination
- pass Spanish language proficiency test
- willingness to relocate to Minneapolis-Saint Paul area if not local

Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety onboard the aircraft
- make bilingual announcements in Spanish and English
- assist Spanish-speaking guests with customs forms and travel needs
- provide compassionate and attentive passenger support
- collaborate closely with pilots and ground staff especially on international flights
- respond promptly to emergencies and adhere to FAA safety protocols
- participate in training sessions and stay updated on airline procedures
