Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • readiness to undergo 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis
  • ability to meet FAA safety regulations and emergency procedure standards
  • availability for a 24/7/365 work schedule
  • pass language proficiency test in Spanish
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • physical capability to perform flight attendant duties

Job Qualifications

  • fluent in Spanish and English
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to pass a language proficiency test in Spanish
  • teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • no prior flight attendant experience required

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety during flights
  • provide bilingual support and assistance to Spanish-speaking passengers
  • make announcements and assist with customs forms in Spanish
  • collaborate with pilots and ground staff to coordinate international flight operations
  • demonstrate flexibility working various shifts including day, night, weekends, and on-call
  • participate in comprehensive paid training covering safety and service protocols
  • deliver compassionate and effective passenger service
