Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- readiness to undergo 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis
- ability to meet FAA safety regulations and emergency procedure standards
- availability for a 24/7/365 work schedule
- pass language proficiency test in Spanish
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- physical capability to perform flight attendant duties

Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety during flights
- provide bilingual support and assistance to Spanish-speaking passengers
- make announcements and assist with customs forms in Spanish
- collaborate with pilots and ground staff to coordinate international flight operations
- demonstrate flexibility working various shifts including day, night, weekends, and on-call
- participate in comprehensive paid training covering safety and service protocols
- deliver compassionate and effective passenger service
