Job Requirements

  • fluent in both Spanish and English
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must pass a language proficiency test in Spanish
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • must be physically fit to meet FAA flight attendant requirements
  • willing to relocate or commute to Austin, TX worksite

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety of passengers and crew during flights
  • serve as a liaison for Spanish-speaking guests, making clear announcements and assisting with customs forms
  • provide compassionate and attentive passenger assistance throughout the flight
  • collaborate effectively with pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff to ensure smooth operations
  • remain flexible and available to work day, night, weekend, and on-call reserve shifts
  • participate fully in all required training sessions and comply with FAA safety regulations
  • offer excellent customer service that enhances the guest experience on both scheduled and charter flights
