Job Requirements
- fluent in both Spanish and English
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must pass a language proficiency test in Spanish
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- must be physically fit to meet FAA flight attendant requirements
- willing to relocate or commute to Austin, TX worksite

Job Duties
- ensure the safety of passengers and crew during flights
- serve as a liaison for Spanish-speaking guests, making clear announcements and assisting with customs forms
- provide compassionate and attentive passenger assistance throughout the flight
- collaborate effectively with pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff to ensure smooth operations
- remain flexible and available to work day, night, weekend, and on-call reserve shifts
- participate fully in all required training sessions and comply with FAA safety regulations
- offer excellent customer service that enhances the guest experience on both scheduled and charter flights
