Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • ability to pass a language proficiency test
  • willingness to complete 4 weeks of paid FAA training in Minneapolis
  • availability to work flexible shifts including day, night, weekends, and on-call
  • valid authorization to work in the United States
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to comply with all FAA safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Provide safety briefings and ensure passenger safety compliance
  • serve as a bilingual liaison assisting Spanish-speaking passengers
  • make in-flight announcements and assist passengers with customs and immigration forms
  • collaborate with pilots and ground staff to ensure smooth flight operations
  • attend and complete all required FAA safety and service training
  • remain flexible and available for day, night, weekend, and on-call (reserve) shifts
  • deliver excellent customer service with compassion and teamwork
