Job Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- ability to pass a language proficiency test
- willingness to complete 4 weeks of paid FAA training in Minneapolis
- availability to work flexible shifts including day, night, weekends, and on-call
- valid authorization to work in the United States
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to comply with all FAA safety regulations

Job Duties
- Provide safety briefings and ensure passenger safety compliance
- serve as a bilingual liaison assisting Spanish-speaking passengers
- make in-flight announcements and assist passengers with customs and immigration forms
- collaborate with pilots and ground staff to ensure smooth flight operations
- attend and complete all required FAA safety and service training
- remain flexible and available for day, night, weekend, and on-call (reserve) shifts
- deliver excellent customer service with compassion and teamwork
