Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fluency in Spanish and English
- ability to work flexible shifts including overnight and weekends
- pass background and security checks
- meet FAA medical and safety standards
- complete four weeks of paid training
- language proficiency test in Spanish

Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety during flights
- act as liaison for Spanish-speaking guests
- make onboard announcements and assist with customs documentation
- provide compassionate passenger assistance
- collaborate with pilots and ground staff on international flights
- maintain flexibility for 24/7/365 scheduled shifts including days, nights, weekends, and reserve duty
- participate in comprehensive safety and service training
