Job Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
  • Dedicated, interruption-free workspace at home
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to commute to Greenwood Village, CO office 4-6 times per year
  • Availability for a 40-hour work week, including some weekends
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary
  • Associates degree or higher with relevant customer service experience or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to work a 40-hour work week including outside traditional business hours and occasional Saturdays
  • Capable of working overtime as needed based on business requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for quality customer service

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers and third-party plan specialists
  • Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts
  • Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales
  • Communicate critical plan updates and changes
  • Process contribution changes, loans and withdrawals
  • Process general account changes upon customer direction
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous training and coaching
