Job Requirements
- Reliable high-speed wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Dedicated, interruption-free workspace at home
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to commute to Greenwood Village, CO office 4-6 times per year
- Availability for a 40-hour work week, including some weekends
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
- Associates degree or higher with relevant customer service experience or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience or two or more years of customer service experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week including outside traditional business hours and occasional Saturdays
- Capable of working overtime as needed based on business requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for quality customer service
Job Duties
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers and third-party plan specialists
- Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts
- Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales
- Communicate critical plan updates and changes
- Process contribution changes, loans and withdrawals
- Process general account changes upon customer direction
- Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous training and coaching
