Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery or food and beverage manufacturing
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and equipment manuals
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work night shift hours from 7 PM to 5 AM
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bakery or food and beverage manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, SOPs, and equipment manuals
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
- Strong numerical reasoning skills
Job Duties
- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Confirm accuracy of data entered into company systems
- Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship
- Collaborate with internal teams, especially maintenance, to address equipment needs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational and performance excellence
- Foster a safety-first culture by enforcing policies and accountability
- Ensure team compliance with all food safety, quality, and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned aligned with the production supervisor role
