Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be bilingual English/Spanish
  • previous dispatch experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • basic knowledge of internet and technology
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to sit and stand for long periods
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • excellent multi-tasking skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • bilingual English/Spanish
  • experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • previous dispatch experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate efficient installation and service routes through outbound phone calls to optimize daily routing schedule and to ensure timely service delivery
  • maintain communication with Field Service Technicians throughout their shifts and directly address any routing issues
  • reschedule customer appointments as necessary and keep customers informed about their appointment status
  • receive calls from Field Service Technicians and relay emergencies to the appropriate channels
  • optimize the Field Service Technician dispatch portal and ticketing system
  • collaboratively work with multiple departments and coordinate their operational needs
  • perform other duties as assigned by department supervisor
