Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be bilingual English/Spanish
- previous dispatch experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- basic knowledge of internet and technology
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to sit and stand for long periods
- ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed

- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- bilingual English/Spanish
- experience with Salesforce is a plus
- previous dispatch experience preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate efficient installation and service routes through outbound phone calls to optimize daily routing schedule and to ensure timely service delivery
- maintain communication with Field Service Technicians throughout their shifts and directly address any routing issues
- reschedule customer appointments as necessary and keep customers informed about their appointment status
- receive calls from Field Service Technicians and relay emergencies to the appropriate channels
- optimize the Field Service Technician dispatch portal and ticketing system
- collaboratively work with multiple departments and coordinate their operational needs
- perform other duties as assigned by department supervisor
