Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Six months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain product or service knowledge
  • Computer experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Consult on products with compassion and knowledge
  • Resolve customer issues with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members and report to Team Lead
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
