Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- bilingual Spanish English
- 1 year of job-related experience preferred

- excellent communication skills
- ability to effectively manage customer complaints
- proficient in operating multi-line telephone systems
- strong cash handling and transaction recording skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- provide an exceptional customer experience
- call customers to advise about changes or cancellations of scheduled runs
- respond to client inquiries including destinations served, pricing, departure and arrival times, directions to terminal while providing outstanding customer service
- responsible for cash management and compliance
- operate cash register and or credit card equipment
- sell and process ticket orders via telephone, internet, and over the counter
- responsible for closing of the terminal including preparation of cash bank deposits, sales report and depositing in safe box
