Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience
- familiarity with medical office environments preferred
- proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- bilingual Arabic/English speaking preferred
Job Qualifications

- 1 year previous medical office experience preferred
- strong communication skills both oral and written
- must be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask
- bilingual Arabic/English speaking applicants highly preferred
Job Duties
- Greeting every patient with a smile
- completing and updating patients' insurance information with accuracy and efficiency
- utilizing the electronic health record system to complete the registration process and facilitate patients' visits
- completing the check-out process by assisting patients with scheduling future appointments and providing referral information as directed
- verifying insurance eligibility to ensure timely billing to a third-party vendor
- collecting co-pays and deductibles as directed by billing policies
- answering the appointment line and checking the email appointment request system
- scheduling appointments for patients at office sites and/or diagnostic departments
- maintaining a strong commitment to exceptional service ensuring professional, warm, and caring patient encounters
