Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • Must comply with company uniform and grooming standards
  • Must wear SIDA badge/Airport ID at all times
  • Ability to work in a high stress environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to communicate in English

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
  • Ability to read and interpret government issued identification, safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
  • Effective presentation and response skills to managers, clients, customers and the general public
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Common sense reasoning to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form
  • Experience or familiarity with airport environment is a plus
  • Military experience encouraged but not required

Job Duties

  • Act as liaison at the information booth in baggage claim
  • Stationed at various airport locations to answer questions and provide information to passengers
  • Greet and assist passengers arriving from international flights
  • Perform bin running for TSA as required
  • Handle other related duties as assigned
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift
  • Lift up to 75 pounds as needed
