Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Clean California drivers license
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and twist
- Ability to regularly lift objects up to 80 plus pounds
- Ability to work while standing for prolonged periods
- Must be physically active and able to work outdoors

Job Duties
- Tracking and managing fleet rebalancing status
- Rebalancing bikes using a company vehicle
- Providing basic service to bikes including adding air to tires
- Assisting with bike program, events and special promotions
- Maintaining incident reports and following escalation procedures
