As a Bike/Scooter Delivery Driver at the UF store located at 1702 W University Ave, Gainesville FL 32603, you become the essential face of the brand, delivering the magical experience of Insomnia Cookies to fans wherever they may be. This role positions you on the front lines as a trusted ambassador, responsible for ensuring that each order is checked for quality and accuracy before it leaves the bakery and is transported safely and timely to customers. Drivers play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience through friendly, professional interactions both in-person and over the phone. You will use Insomnia’s proprietary delivery app to adhere to company standards and provide accurate updates to customers on their orders.
