Job Requirements
- Must have own non-motorized bicycle in good working order
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work up to 30 hours per week
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to interact positively with customers
- Familiarity with local area around the UA store is a plus
- Experience using smartphone apps
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through professional and positive interaction in person or by phone
- Use the delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate order status updates to customers
- Maintain communication with the store and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Follow safety guidelines and traffic regulations while riding a bicycle
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns politely and efficiently
