Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must have own non-motorized bicycle in working order
Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
Must have a smartphone with data plan
Able to work flexible part-time schedules
Able to provide excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior delivery or customer service experience a plus
Excellent time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers
Knowledge of the local area is beneficial
Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently

Job Duties

Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
Use the company delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
Navigate delivery routes within a 2-mile radius efficiently
Handle food items with care to ensure freshness and quality
Report any issues or concerns to store management promptly
