Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must provide your own bike, helmet, and lock
- Will work in-store when there are no deliveries
- Ability to navigate efficiently and adhere to all safety and traffic laws
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and handle physical demands of biking and food preparation
- Reliable and punctual with good customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of the local Chicago area and efficient biking routes
- Ability to prepare food and interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Capability to work flexible shifts including lunch and dinner periods
- Ability to multitask and shift between delivery and in-store responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Deliver sandwiches to customers as quickly and safely as possible
- Learn and follow the most efficient delivery routes
- Double check orders to ensure accuracy before delivery
- Adhere to all safety and traffic laws while biking
- Work in the store preparing sandwiches, taking orders, and assisting with cleaning when not delivering
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests with a positive attitude
- Maintain your bike, helmet, and lock and report any issues promptly
